In the event a refund is granted online it will be store credit.
LP Beauty can only accept returns for our cosmetic contact lenses if they are found to be factory defect. We cannot replace the lens if you do not like the color.
When ordering from our online store or purchasing our products locally at Rocksteady Saipan you are confirming that you have consulted your Eye Care Specialist.
Defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them and may only be exchanged for the exact same color.
We will examine the lenses for any sign of usage, if there is a scratch or tear on the lens we will not replace the lens.
You are responsible to inspect the lenses prior to wearing them.
Shipping charges for returns of defective lenses will be carried by the customer.
