• Due to the nature of our product and for hygienic reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Please be advised that we are not responsible if you inputted the wrong address, order quantity, or color after submitting your order
• In the event a refund is granted online it will be store credit. 
• LP Beauty can only accept returns for our cosmetic contact lenses if they are found to be factory defect. We cannot replace the lens if you do not like the color.
• When ordering from our online store or purchasing our products locally at Rocksteady Saipan you are confirming that you have consulted your Eye Care Specialist.
• Defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them and may only be exchanged for the exact same color. 
• We will examine the lenses for any sign of usage, if there is a scratch or tear on the lens we will not replace the lens. 
• You are responsible to inspect  the lenses prior to wearing them.
• Shipping charges for returns of defective lenses will be carried by the customer.

• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

We aim to pack orders the same day they are placed, but during our busy periods this may not be possible. Orders are usually mailed within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once packaged and sent, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking number indicating that your order has been shipped. However, if USPS does not update tracking within 24 hours after the initial scan of your shipment we ask that you check back in 1-2 business days. If you still do not see tracking information please contact us.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates is determined by USPS after inputting your mailing address.

Please be advised that we are not responsible if you inputted wrong address, order quantity, or color after submitting your order. We are also not liable for mishandled packages or lost packages after it is shipped. If there are any concerns or damages with your order upon receiving it please contact USPS to file a claim. Should you have any other questions feel free to email us at any time. 

We do not mail orders on weekends and holidays. 

• Your false lashes should be removed before beginning your makeup removal routine.
• Our lashes should be handled gently. Hold them by the band when picking them up, avoid the lash as much as possible. Do not tug or pull when applying or removing.
• Clean the lashes occasionally. If dried glue builds up on the band of your lashes, gently peel it off with your fingertips. Remember, don’t pull or tug on the band. We recommend cleaning your lashes after every two to three wears.
• Avoid soaking your lashes to prevent damage.
• Applying mascara directly to lashes may cause damages due to built up clumps.We highly recommend applying mascara first, let it dry, then apply false lashes. 
• Store your lashes in the original packaging to keep them safe, clean and protected from dust and bacteria. It will also help maintain their shape wear after wear.
