Rates may change due to the thickness of the hair. Additional fees will be charged in the event an additional service is needed. Ex: Blow drying or straightening hair and then curling with hairstyling.

All products and false lashes will be provided by me. Your personal makeup is welcomed if you wish for me to use it but makeup rates will still apply. Makeup rates will still apply to clients with lash extensions on.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR MAKEUP APPOINTMENT
 Groom brows, shave/wax facial hair if needed. Gently exfoliate skin 2 weeks before & moisturize the whole week prior to appointment. Put your contacts in if you wear them. Brush your teeth, it can be difficult not to ruin your makeup trying to do it afterwards. Wear a loose fitting, button up, or zip up shirt so when undressing your makeup will not be disrupted. 

BRIDAL PACKAGE 

Bridal Package + Wedding Day Hair & Makeup: $350 (any hair length)

BRIDAL TRIAL: A customized beauty experience that will leave you feeling pampered, relaxed and worry free on your wedding day. Whether you are the bride or the mother of the bride, I will take the time to listen to you and work with you to create a beautiful look that is designed exclusively for you. Inspo pictures may be sent via email/whatsapp. The trial can take upto 3-4 hours.

In the event you are not satisfied with the hair and makeup trial you may choose to schedule another at the same rate. Please note i will follow the hair and makeup concept you wish for me to do and customize it to fit your personal features. 

WEDDING DAY: On your wedding day, a luxury skin preparation will be included to ensure your skin is ready for the makeup application. Once you confirm your hair and makeup look at the trial, on the day of the wedding, the application process will be quicker. I will refer to the product chart from the bridal trial to ensure that the exact look from the bridal trial is created on your wedding day. Additionally, a touch up kit will be provided exclusively for you. Please see artist to confirm if kit is available.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR HAIR & MAKEUP APPOINTMENT

 Wash your hair the night before with no conditioner and fully blow dry. Upon appointment and hair is damp/wet a blowdry fee will be charged. Wear a loose fitting, button up, or zip up shirt so when undressing your makeup will not be disrupted. 

 

 

 

 

SERVICE POLICY

Early morning fee of $30 will be charged per client on top of appointment cost with any start time between 3:00 am - 5:30 am. Early morning fee will be waived if there is a booking of 5 clients. In the event you wish for me to travel to your desired location or hotel a $125 on site travel fee will be charged on top of your appointment cost. Services done in my shop are free of charge. 

ALLERGIES AND HYGIENE

Unless a list of ingredients of potential reactive ingredients are presented to me before the makeup application, we are not responsible for any reactions to makeup. If you or your bridal party are suffering from any type of contagious illness including, but not limited to, conjunctivitis, eye styes/cysts, cold sores, open wounds/cuts on the face and neck, staph infection, head lice, or a flu or other contagious illness, I need to be informed as a matter of urgency and reserve the right to refuse service of any infectious person. This is a precaution taken in order to ensure non-contamination of my kit and brushes.

APPOINTMENT REFUSAL POLICY 

For the safety of my health, clients, and to prevent any contamination to my kit I have the right to refuse service to anyone with continuous cough or fever, clients with head lice, skin infections, eye styes/cysts, cold cores, open wounds on areas where i will be working on. If you fail to inform me about any active cold sores, styes/cysts, or open wounds in the area where i will be working, i will charge you an additional fee to cover the cost of the products/tools that i will need to dispose of tyo prevent any cross-contamination in my kit. 

I have the right to refuse my service in the unfortunate event where i am unwell or dealing with a family emergency.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS POLICY

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!

Deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment for 1 client. A $100 deposit is required for any party of 2 & more, remaining balance may be paid day before or day of your appointment. Your deposit will be added to your appointment cost and remaining balance is due at your appointment. 

For weddings, a deposit of $100 is required to block and confirm your wedding date. In the event you wish for me to travel on site to the hotel or desired location, deposit may partially cover the travel fee of $125. 

Deposits can be made via PayPal through Friends & Family, Zelle, & Cash at the studio. Receipts are made via email, your email address will be required. For "on site" clients, in the event you are unable to make full payment after your appointment you will be given no more than 48 hrs to provide full payment. Failed to do so will include contacting police authorities. 

 All services are non refundable

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Clients who show up 15 mins late to their appointment will count as a No Show. I have the right to refuse my service upon your arrival and you may be required to pay in full.  

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, a $20 rescheduling fee will be charged. Payment must be made in order to confirm new appointment date. Any client that does not show up for their appointment will result in forfeiting their deposit and will be required to pay in full for any future appointments. Clients who missed 2 or more appointments may lose the ability to reserve future appointments in our studio. Any cancellations made within 3 days of appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule any appointments within 24 hrs due to any unforeseen circumstances.  

Please note that if we book you in for hair or makeup it means we cannot book other clients and it's likely we have turned away other business. Due to our high demand for bookings, we are regularly booked months in advance.
